How to buy
Five steps, protection at every one.

Find your bottle
Browse the Agora or search the catalogue. Every live listing has passed an authenticity review and shows condition, fill level and the seller's trading status.

Buy, or make an offer
Pay the listed price, or — where the seller is open to offers — suggest your own. Fixed-price listings say so. Payment is taken securely; the seller is not paid yet.

Your money is held
Your payment sits as pending funds with Aroma Agora while the seller dispatches. Sellers must dispatch within 3 working days, with tracking.

Inspect on delivery
When the parcel arrives you have a 48-hour inspection window. Check the bottle against the listing. All good? Confirm and you're done. A problem? Open a dispute with photos and a human reviews it.

Funds release
Only after your window closes (or you confirm early) is the seller paid. That order of events is fixed — nobody, including us, can release your money to a seller before it.
Keep it on-platform. Messages, offers and payments all happen on Aroma Agora — that's what makes them protected. Anyone asking you to pay outside the platform should be reported.

The fragrance community is built on trust and respect. Aroma Agora completes checks to ensure safety and authenticity however responsibility is on the seller and buyer to uphold these values. Any single breach will result in immediate termination and ban of relevant accounts.
