Shipping & dangerous-goods guidance
Last updated 1 July 2026.
Perfume is a flammable liquid and a regulated dangerous good.
Ship it correctly. Getting this wrong is dangerous and can be unlawful. Aroma Agora sellers are London-based and supply is domestic, so you don't need international or customs flows.
Do
- Keep bottles in their original packaging and cushion them well.
- Apply the correct ID8000 / limited-quantity labelling for your carrier.
- Present flammable-liquid parcels over the counter, not in a postbox.
- Stay within per-item and per-parcel volume limits.
Don't
- Ship perfume with Evri (not accepted).
- Post internationally with Royal Mail (prohibited).
- Hide the contents or mislabel a dangerous-goods parcel.
