A tracking number is mandatory before an order can be marked as sent.

You inspect (14 days)

On delivery your window opens. Not right? Raise an issue and funds stay held.

Step 4

Seller gets paid

Funds release only when you confirm, or the window closes with no dispute.

Your payment sits with Aroma Agora, not the seller, until you've received and checked the item.

Seller transparency

Every listing shows whether the seller is a private individual or a verified company, in line with UK trader-transparency rules.

Fair returns

Not as described, counterfeit, damaged or not received? The seller bears the cost. You may take up to 5 test sprays without losing protection.

Human dispute review

If something's wrong, a real person reviews the evidence, including the mandatory fill photo, before any decision.

The inspection window

When tracking shows your parcel delivered, a 14-day inspection window opens. During it you can confirm receipt to release funds early, or raise an issue. If the window closes with no dispute, funds release to the seller automatically. Sellers must dispatch within 3 working days and enter a tracking number before an order can be marked sent.

If something goes wrong

Open a dispute from your order. For issues like “not as described” or “counterfeit” we ask for photos and compare them against the listing. Since your payment is still held, a refund is straightforward.
