Testing allowance
Buyers may take up to 5 test sprays without losing protection. If a seller believes a returned item was used beyond that, they can raise a dispute; we compare the return photos against the listing's baseline fill photo.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns are only available where the seller's terms allow them. Unsealed perfume is a hygiene product and may be exempt from standard distance-selling cancellation rights. Where a return is permitted, the buyer pays return postage.
