How to sell
From first listing to payout, in five steps.

Register to sell
Choose private or company selling. Private sellers activate immediately; companies are verified personally before they can list. Payout identity and bank details are completed securely with Stripe — we never hold them.

List honestly
Pick the fragrance from the catalogue — or type its name and house yourself if it's not listed; your listing is never blocked by catalogue coverage. Set your price and choose whether you're open to offers. A fill photo is required on every listing. Your batch code is submitted privately — buyers never see it. An optional 50-word description lets you tell the bottle's story.

Pass verification
We review authenticity before your listing goes live. If something can't be confirmed you'll be asked for provenance — an invoice or proof of purchase usually settles it.

Dispatch within 3 working days
When a bottle sells, the buyer's payment is held as pending funds. Add tracking and dispatch within 3 working days, following the shipping guidance — perfume is a flammable liquid and couriers have rules.

Get paid
After delivery the buyer has a 48-hour inspection window. Once it closes (or they confirm early), your payout — minus the platform commission shown in your seller dashboard — moves to your balance for withdrawal.
Keep it on-platform. Selling or settling off-platform removes every protection and breaches our terms.
Disputes are human-reviewed. Your fill photo and tracking are your evidence — they exist to protect you as much as the buyer.
Our standard
The fragrance community is built on trust and respect. Aroma Agora completes checks to ensure safety and authenticity however responsibility is on the seller and buyer to uphold these values. Any single breach will result in immediate termination and ban of relevant accounts.
